At Baby G's, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.


30-Day Refund Rule

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase as long as the product is not worn.Ā

How to Initiate a Refund

You can return the garments whether they have been worn or not yet worn.

To initiate a refund, please do the following:
1. Contact us at our customer service email babygsapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Include your order number in the email.
3. Explain briefly the reason for your refund request.

Once we receive your refund request, we will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenā€™t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If youā€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at babygsapparel@gmail.comĀ
